Conviently located 2 miles north of I55 on the Southwest corner of Weber Road and Lily Cache lane( behind old Krispy Kreme building).

If you are coming from out of town you can fly into O'hare International Airport, Midway Airport.
Clow Airport is convienently located next to the clinic and allows small planes to fly in and out all day long. If you are flying into Clow please use the call letters 1C5 to let them know of your arrival. Please call us and we will pick you up at Clow Airport all other airports please take taxi.
